Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. flour (cheat 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Beat eggs without separating.
Mix sugar, salt and flour well together and stir quickly into eggs.
Add milk and beat hard. Pour just enough butter to cover bottom of lightly greased pan when tilted and swirled.
Shake crepe over until slightly brown on bottom and firm to touch on top (dull look).
Do not turn over. Put aside to cool.
