Pavolova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. castor sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. corn flour (heaping)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until stiff enough to stand in peaks.
    Place mixture on well-greased slide or ovenproof plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 230\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leave in oven to cool. Decorate with whipped cream and fruit.
