Corn Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash chicken, pat dry.
    Mix corn flakes, flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk, then dip and cover well with corn flake mixture.
    Melt butter in shallow pan, place skin side down in melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken, bake 15 to 30 minutes more.
