Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. drained, minced tuna
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove centers of mushrooms carefully.
    Finely chop stems.
    In a frying pan, cook stems in butter; add tuna.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add onion and seasonings.
    Remove from heat.
    Stuff caps with mixture. Place in a greased baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes until brown.
    Yields 12 appetizers.
