Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can tomatoes, crushed
2 small zucchini
1 small summer squash
1 medium onion, diced
Ritz crackers
Italian Velveeta slices or regular Velveeta
1/2 c. Milnot
Preparation

Add together tomatoes with zucchini, squash and onion that have been cubed and parboiled.
Layer in baking pan with Ritz cracker crumbs, top with cheese and pour Milnot over top. Microwave on Medium (1/2 power) for 20 minutes total or bake.
