Prize Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 c. flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour an oblong pan.
Mix sugar, shortening and eggs thoroughly.
Stir in milk; blend in remaining dry ingredients.
Spread batter in pan.
