Coconut Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roll dough
butter or margarine
brown sugar
flaked coconut
Preparation

Roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Warm butter or margarine in the bottom of a baking pan.
Spread some of it on the dough.
Follow with brown sugar, then coconut.
Roll up.
Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
Dip in the oil in the pan, then turn so it has a buttered top.
Raise to a desired height and cook according to the roll recipe.
