Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water or 2 Tbsp. of any liqueur (Kahlua, Grand Marnier, etc.)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 to 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder or other toppings to roll truffles in
Preparation

Combine all, but topping ingredients, into a small saucepan and slowly melt, stirring constantly.
Pour into a bowl and chill until firm.
Using a melon baller, shape into balls and roll into topping mixture.
Place on plate and keep in refrigerator.
Set at room temperature approximately 30 minutes before serving.
