Easy Sour Cream Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine onion and cucumbers.
Stir together sour cream, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Toss with vegetables; cover and chill, stirring occasionally.
