Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cabbage, shredded
    3 large carrots, shredded
    3 bell peppers, chopped fine
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix liquids in large pot; bring to a boil. Mix the rest of ingredients together. Pour in hot liquids; boil for 5 minutes. Put in jars. Put jars in big pot. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes to seal jars. This is good with hot dogs and barbecue.
