Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Golden sugar cookie mix
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Following directions on package, make 1 large cookie, using pizza pan or biscuit pan.
Mix together cream cheese and Cool Whip and add confectioners sugar.
Spread over cooled cookie.
Sprinkle with flaked coconut.
Add crushed pineapple (drained), kiwi fruit and sliced strawberries or other fruit.
Peaches and bananas are a nice combination.
I only use 1 to 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar.
