Soda Pop Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, skinned
    1 can Dr. Pepper
    Kraft original barbecue sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Skin raw fryer; place in large pot.
    Pour can of Dr.
    Pepper and an equal amount of barbecue sauce over chicken.
    Add salt if desired.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Turn chicken several times while simmering to make sure barbecue sauce covers well.
    Ready to serve.
