Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom
    1/2 medium cucumber, cut up
    1 medium tomato
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom
    1/2 medium cucumber, chopped fine
    1 medium tomato, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Blend first seven ingredients in blender.
    Add blended ingredients to remaining ingredients.
    Chill
    mixture 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with garnishes:
    croutons or chopped hard-boiled egg whites, green pepper or onions.
