Steam Barbecued Corn-On-The-Cob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn-on-the-cob
    butter
    salt
Preparation
    Plunge freshly picked ears of corn into large bucket of cold water.
    Do not shuck or remove the silks.
    Soak for 30 minutes. Place dripping ears on grill over hot bed of charcoal.
    Turn often as they steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Husks can be now be removed easily but be careful, they will be steaming hot!
    Spin corn through bar of butter, salt and munch immediately.
