Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. raw rice
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can (No. 2 1/2) tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    4 green or yellow squash (about 7 inches long), sliced
    grated cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Brown beef, rice, green pepper and onion in oil in heavy skillet.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Place sliced squash in a casserole and top with meat mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese and paprika.
    Bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
