Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ripe tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic or powdered
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 bell pepper
    2 to 5 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 small can tomato sauce (low sodium)
Preparation
    Chop or blend all vegetables.
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Pour into hot jars.
    Freeze when cooled.
    Makes approximately 3 cups.
