Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lite soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 round steak or chuck steak
    Worcestershire sauce to taste (approximately 1/8 tsp.)
    garlic powder to taste (1/4 tsp.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cut steak into serving size portions and place on cookie sheet.
    Pour marinade over pieces, turning meat to cover both sides.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    In morning, remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for an hour or two before cooking, turning frequently.
    Grill until desired doneness.
