Coconut Shortbread Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg yolk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. coconut, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pat mixture in 9-inch pie dish.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
