Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans refried beans
3 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Put beans in bottom of serving dish.
Peel and mash the avocados.
Mix with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Spread avocado mixture over beans.
Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning.
Spread over avocado mixture.
Top with remaining ingredients.
