W W Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 refrigerated 9-inch pie crust
    6 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. crumbled turkey sausage, cooked
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake crust according to package directions for prebaked shell.
    Cool completely.
    Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0.
    Place half the cheese in baked shell.
    Top with sausage, onion and green pepper.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over filled pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Each serving provides 2 protein, 1 bread and 125 optional calories; 213 calories and 9 grams fat per serving.
