Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 slices cubed white bread
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.
In medium pan, melt 1 tablespoon margarine.
Mix in flour.
Add milk, stirring constantly to keep mixture smooth.
Cook, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes.
Cool.
Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
