Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. frozen corn
8 oz. pkg. frozen peas
8 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Velveeta cheese to cover
Preparation

Cook vegetables in casserole dish in microwave until almost done.
Drain water.
Add soup, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
