Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
    3 green onions, cut up (tops and all)
    1/2 c. grated fresh bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems and saute in margarine with the onions.
    Add crumbs, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
    Mix all together.
    Fill mushroom caps and place in shallow pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 8 minutes at 450\u00b0 until slightly brown.
    Serve hot.
