Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large yellow onion
    1 green bell pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (1 lb. size) can creamed corn
    1 (1 lb.) can whole corn and juice
    grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and pepper in butter.
    Mix eggs, corn and muffin mix.
    Pour this into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Spoon sauteed mixture over top of corn mixture.
    Cover with grated sharp cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until firm in center.
