Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. milk or cream
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    6 eggs, separated
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Peel and
    cut
    sweet
    potatoes\tin small pieces.
    Cover with water
    and\tcook
    until tender.
    Put potatoes, butter and sugar in a
    mixing
    bowl. Beat until smooth.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Add flavorings\tand
    spices.
    Remove
    \"strings\"
    that accumulate on beaters.
    Mix
    in
    flour
    and
    blend.
    Add\tegg yolks.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Pour in unbaked pie crusts.\tBeat egg whites on high
    until soft peaks form.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff.
    Put
    meringue on pies and bake at 350\u00b0 until meringue is brown and pie is set.
