Red Turner'S Rig Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks oleo
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon and set aside.
In saucepan, mix oleo, water and cocoa and bring to boil. Pour over sugar and flour mixture.
Beat 2 eggs.
Add buttermilk and vanilla.
Stir into cake mixture.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
