Easy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese or Swiss
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat
    in skillet over medium heat.
    Drain off fat and set
    aside.
    Blend
    mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
    Stir
    in
    meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Turn into pastry
    shell.
    Bake
    in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden
    brown
    on
    top
    and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 6 or 8.
