Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    4 beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
