Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. milk
    1 or 2 pods strong pepper (optional)
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 small onion
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients as listed; mix well.
    Place in greased skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
