Tip'S Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 pt. oysters
    turkey innards, ground
    8 large onions
    2 bunches shallots
    1 pod garlic cloves
    3 large bell peppers
    1 large celery
    2 loaves French bread (stale)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, pork and turkey innards thoroughly for approximately 1/2 hour.
    Saute the onions, shallots, garlic, celery and bell peppers.
    Soak bread in oyster juice.
    Squeeze and drain in colander.
    Add to mixture.
    Cook on low heat for several hours. Next morning, add oysters.
    Add oyster juice according to texture.
