Lime Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Make Jell-O with the hot water and cold water; add juice from pineapple.
Refrigerate until it congeals.
Whip the cream, but not too stiff, and fold in Jell-O.
Add crushed pineapple and sugar.
Use a large bowl or mold.
