Salmon Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. can salmon, drained (save juice)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly, enough to fluff it up.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Add liquid from can of salmon.
    Shape into loaf on greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
