Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 small boxes instant pudding mix (vanilla or any flavor you like)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
