Mexicali Burgers And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (19 oz.) cans Campbell's chunky soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2-inch), combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
    Stir.
    Garnish with sliced, hard-boiled egg.
    Sprinkle with additional chili powder if desired.
    Makes about 5 cups.
