Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream shortening, oleo and sugar.
Break eggs into a cup and then fill with milk to make 1 cup.
Add egg mixture to creamed mixture and stir until mixed.
Add remaining ingredients to creamed mixture.
Beat until mixed.
Drop dough from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0.
Can be used to decorate for holidays.
