Sour Cream Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavor or 1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix butter, margarine and sugar.
    Cream 10 minutes; add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift flour with soda and add alternately with sour cream.
    Fold in coconut.
    Add coconut flavoring.
    Pour into tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
