Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 stick margarine
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Bring to boil water, oil and margarine.
    Pour into flour and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Then add the egg whites, buttermilk and flavoring.
    Pour into 3 cake layer pans (prepared your way).
    I use 8-inch.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While cake is baking, prepare the filling.
