Sponge Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Cool Whip
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar.
In separate bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
Add dry to wet mixture.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on well-greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on sheets for a few minutes before removing.
Cool another 5 minutes until crispy. Spread Cool Whip between 2 cookies.
Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
Refrigerate in covered container.
