Benlose Fugle-Boneless Birds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 pt. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    few slices bacon
    onion
Preparation
    Pound steak; cut into 4 inch squares.
    Lay on each square a small piece of bacon or sausage meat, chopped onion and spices. Roll and fasten each with a toothpick.
    Brown the rolls and cover with sauce made of flour, which has been browned and to which the salt, pepper and water have been added.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
