Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt together.
    Blend into creamed mixture.
    Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Combine 3 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown on ungreased cookie sheet.
