Salad Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen puffed pastry (1 sheet)
    3 c. torn, mixed greens (such as spinach, romaine and iceberg)
    6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives (optional)
    thin slices of green and/or red peppers
    sliced scallions
    1 (4 oz.) container semi-soft cheese with garlic and herbs or 1/2 c. soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 or 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crust:
    Thaw pastry according to directions.
    On lightly floured surface, roll pastry into a 12-inch circle.
    Place on a large baking sheet.
    Use a fork to prick bottom.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Pastry will shrink.
    Cool.
