Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 boiled potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. chives
    2 tsp. salt to taste
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add potatoes; beat them.
    Add sour cream, margarine, garlic and salt; pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
