Underwood Chicken Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans Underwood chicken (no substitute)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce (3/4 tsp. if single recipe)
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix with mixer but don't overmix. Serve with crackers or on toast. Refrigerate.
