Bachelor'S Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown and drain the sausage.
In a greased casserole dish, alternate layers of bread cubes, sausage and cheese, in that order, until all are used.
Add eggs to milk and mix.
Add salt, dry mustard and pepper.
Mix well and pour over layers slowly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0
oven.
Serves 6.
