Upside-Down Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cake mix, nuts and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin.
Sprinkle nuts over the top evenly.
Drizzle butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
If not done at the end of an hour, turn off oven and let stand 10 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
