Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    1 small onion
    1 c. celery
    broccoli (as much as you like)
    10 oz. chicken broth
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Simmer all vegetables in chicken broth.
    Add 3 cups milk when vegetables are tender.
    Bring to boil.
    Add 1/2 cup milk with flour and butter.
    Heat slightly, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add grated cheese.
    Serves 6.
