Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 or 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend
    cottage
    cheese
    with milk.
    Add dry ingredients plus lemon rind
    and
    juice to well beaten egg yolks.
    Stir in cheese and
    milk.
    Fold
    in
    stiffly
    beaten egg whites.
    Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 more minutes.
