Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can whole tomatoes, chopped finely
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. basil
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 bay leaves
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon crystals
    1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Finely chop onion, garlic and whole tomatoes.
    Heat stock pot on stove.
    When pot is hot, add the olive oil; saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent.
    Add thyme, oregano, basil and bouillon.
    Saute for about 2 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and chopped whole tomatoes, along with the sugar and bay leaves.
    Brown hamburger; drain off excess grease.
    Add to sauce. Add water.
    Let simmer for at least 2 hours.
    Serve over spaghetti.
