Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (save the juice)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    garlic salt or garlic juice to taste
    8 drops or more Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat in strips and brown.
    Add onions, mushrooms and salt or garlic juice.
    Mix tomato soup with juice from mushrooms, the sour cream and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour over meat; cook until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve over noodles.
