Chicken Sauce Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or hen
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 bunch green onions
    3 buds garlic, chopped
    1 pkg. mushrooms (fresh)
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 qt. water
    1 c. oil
    salt
    red pepper
    1 lemon
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Cook all vegetables in oil until tender.
    Put all in a heavy pot.
    Add water and chicken.
    When chicken is done, add 1/2 of lemon.
    Mix cornstarch in a cup with water.
    Pour in pot; cook until thick.
    May have to add water along when needed. Serve over rice.
    You may want to debone chicken.
    This is usually hot with pepper.
